If you are appointed "Person in charge" (PIC) for a troop/crew campout/event please consult the troop PIC Checklist and Guide provided by the troop to help you in preparing a successful campout.
If the activity involves going to a Texas State Park make sure you print and bring a copy of the Youth Group Annual Entrance Permit. Make sure the permit is valid for the dates you are going. If the copy posted online has expired, please contact the thresher for details on how to get a new pass.
