PIC (Person in Charge) Checklist and Guide
AT CAMPOUT
- Be sure to attend the entire campout or activity. You are the primary Troop contact for the campsite - ensure we are in full compliance with permits, rules, etc. Pay as needed and secure reimbursement from Treasurer.
- Ensure meds are administered
- Keep medical forms with the group at all times
- Help Scoutmaster ensure overall campout schedule is followed and that adult leaders are focused on advancement
